On August 7, 1991 my first granddaughter was born. That was the first day I walked into a dollmaking shop and bought my first greenware.

After studying under Joyce Myers in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and taking seminars taught by Jean Nordquist, plus Seeley's seminars, I was encouraged by my friends to sell my dolls.

Now living in northern New Hampshire, I make and sell dolls as CNW Creations and Fibers, a division of CNW Publishing Inc.

Most of my dolls are modern reproduction or modern interpretation. They range from 40" Pope John Paul, to 8" Beannie type baby dolls. Newest is 3" Baby Dolls from Expressions.

In addition to dollmaking I am a spinner of fibers. I own 3 spinning wheels, one of which is pre-1860. Living on our "mini-farm" is 1 llama, 1 angora goat (provides mohair), 3 Indian runner ducks, 30 chickens, 3 cats, and 2 dogs.

I have also opened a weaving studio and sell looms, fibers and other weaving supplies.
